Last Modified: February 20th, 2018

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to ConceptDrop Inc., and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter, variously “ConceptDrop,” “Nexus,” “we,” or “our”), and our mobile services, web platforms and applications (collectively, the “Services”), and your choices about the collection and use of your information.

By using our Services in any manner, you indicate to ConceptDrop that you have read and accept our Privacy Policy and consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept this Privacy Policy and/or do not meet and/or comply with the provisions set forth herein, then you may not use our Services.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you use our Services, you may provide ConceptDrop with two main types of information: (1) personally identifiable information that you knowingly choose to disclose, which is collected on an individual basis, and (2) general user information that does not contain personally identifiable information, which is collected on an aggregate basis as you browse and use our Services. We collect information from you when you (a) use and/or access our Services, (b) register an account and/or subscribe to ConceptDrop, (c) open and/or respond to our emails, (d) contact ConceptDrop, and/or (e) connect and/or link via social networking website.

Personally Identifiable Information You Choose to Provide

We may ask for certain personal information from you for the purpose of providing to you content and/or services that you request. We collect personal information such as your: (i) contact information (including name, address, company, telephone number, and email); (ii) financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, verification number and billing address); (iii) username and password (specifically chosen by you or your social media user name/handle); (iv) personal and demographic information (including skills, examples of work, hourly pay rates, age, birthdate and gender); (v) location information (such as geographic location of the device you are using); (vi) creative assets and creative preferences related to various project submissions; (v) feedback/rating information (such as comments, reviews, and your ratings); and (vi) information received from third parties (such as if you choose to integrate a third-party service or through various other agreements supplied to us). Once you register, you have opted in to receive electronic communications from ConceptDrop. ConceptDrop may also provide you with the opportunity to participate in surveys through our Services. If you participate, we will request certain personally identifiable information. Participation in surveys is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether to disclose such information.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information We Collect

Cookies: Like many websites, we and our marketing partners, affiliates, analytics, and service providers use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes. We use both persistent cookies that remain on your computer and/or similar device (such as to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Service and to track your compliance with ConceptDrop’s applicable policies) and session ID cookies, which expire at the end of your browser session (for example, to enable certain features of the Service, to better understand how you interact with the Service and to monitor aggregate usage by you and web traffic routing on the Service). You may be able to instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to access and/or use all functionality of the Service.

Web Beacons:  We and our marketing partners, affiliates, analytics, and service providers may also employ software technology known as “web beacons” or “tracking tags” to help us keep track of what content on our Services is effective and to provide relevant advertising to you. Web beacons are small graphics with a unique identifier that may be invisible to you, and which are used to track the online activity of ‘Internet’ users. Web beacons are embedded in the web pages you review or email messages you receive. Web beacons or similar technologies may be used for a number of purposes, including, without limitation, to count visitors to our Service, to monitor how you navigate the Service or to count how many emails that were sent were actually opened.

Device Data: We use device data, which is information concerning a device you use to access, use, and/or interact with the Services, such as operating system type and/or mobile device model, browser type, domain, and other system settings, the language your system uses and the country and time zone of your device, unique device identifier and/or other device identifier, mobile phone carrier identification, and device software platform and firmware information. When you visit the Services, we may use geo-location, GPS technology or similar technology to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and zip code which will enable us to display a location map with relevant coupons and/or deals near you. Wifi and/or internet protocol addresses received from your browser or device may be used to determine approximate location. Your location data will be used to allow merchants to advertise to customers closest to their stores.

Aggregate: We may collect non-identifying and statistical information about the use of our Services, including without limitation how many visitors visit a specific page, how long they stay on that page and which links, if any, they click on. This information represents a generic overview of our users, including their collective habits. Information collected in the aggregate is not associated with you as an individual. We may share user information in the aggregate with third parties.

Other Tracking Technologies: We may supplement information you provide to us with information from other sources, such as information to validate and/or update your address, payment card and/or other demographic information. This information is used to maintain the accuracy of information on our Services and for internal analysis. Our servers will automatically record information (“log data”), including information that your browser sends whenever you use the Service, which may include features, browser type and settings, how you use ConceptDrop Services and cookie data.

Analytics: ConceptDrop uses mobile and web analytic software to gather statistics and usage trends for product improvement purposes. Our Service may record data from your phone, tablet, or computer such as how frequently you use the Service, what actions you take and performance data including but not limited to influences on contacts and purchases made.

Third Party Services: To support the services we provide to you, we may use services hosted by third parties. These services may collect information sent by a browser, including Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, browser software, and/or clickstream patterns. If such third party services collect information, they do so anonymously without identifying individual visitors. However, we may link the information we record using tracking technology to personal information we collect. In addition, we may allow third parties who list services to use cookies in connection with your use of the Services. They may collect and store the same type of information and use it similarly to ConceptDrop, as described above.

Plug-Ins: Third party plug-ins may collect information about your use of our Services. For example, when you a load a page on ConceptDrop that has a social plug-in from a third-party site and/or service, such as ‘Facebook’ or ‘Twitter’ you are also loading content from such third-party site. Such site and/or services may request cookies directly from your browser. Such interactions are subject to the privacy policy of the third-party site. In addition, certain cookies and other tracking mechanisms on our Service are used by third parties for targeted online marketing and other purposes. Such technologies allow a partner to recognize your mobile device each time you visit ConceptDrop, but do not allow access to personally identifiable information from ConceptDrop. We do not have access or control over such third-party technologies, and they are not covered by our Privacy Policy.
